One of the roughest, toughest pickup trucks on the road, the Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD is the powerhouse in the Chevy lineup with 397 horsepower under the hood and maximum tow capacity of 21,700 lbs. Along with the rest of the Silverado line, the Silverado 3500HD was thoroughly redesigned for the 2011 model year with improvements to the chassis, suspension, frame, and a new exhaust brake system and trailer sway control system to add even more functionality to the rugged Silverado. The Chevrolet StabiliTrak system provides a smooth ride on uneven terrain, and enhanced traction control and four wheel antilock braking system ensures ample stopping power even in slick, icy conditions.
